Cardiomyopathy seminar in Brisbane

The Cardiomyopathy Association of Australia (CMAA) has an interesting line up of leading specialists to talk at their 2012 seminar in September.

Cardiomyopathy – A Moving Picture 2012 Seminar will highlight recent developments and the latest research in the diagnosis, treatment and after care of people with cardiomyopathy. Professor Chris Semsarian, Dr Jodie Ingles and Dr John Atherton are among the leading specialists the CMAA has organised to talk about emerging issues around genetics, medications, diagnostic tools and rehabilitation.

The seminar will finish with a Q&A session with all the speakers. This is usually a lively session with people encouraged to ask any questions they might have about living with cardiomyopathy.

There is no charge for this Seminar but registration is required for catering purposes and to secure your place. Seats are relatively limited so make sure you get in early to avoid disappointment.

When: Saturday 15 September 2012, 1-5pm
Where: Edwin Tooth Auditorium, Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital
