Join the Young ICD Network for a practical morning all about exercise!

The program will include talks from Dr David Whalley (Cardiologist RNSH) and Kirsten Jennings (Exercise Physiologist), followed by a practical exercise session (so come in your activewear!).

As part of standard practice, prior to attendance at any gym/exercise facility, anyone who would like to participate in the exercise class will need to complete a pre-exercise questionnarie and obtain medical clearance if indicated.
